Description
- Our Returns and Replacement Policy is applicable only if the received items are damaged or wrongly delivered.
- Claims must be submitted within 3-5 days of the delivery date, accompanied by picture proof of the parcel’s condition.
- The claimed item must remain unsealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition. The original invoice is required for exchange.
- Replacement items will only be eligible for claims received in our warehouse within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Once the return is received and evaluated by our quality assurance department, a replacement/coupon will be issued upon successful assessment of the product’s condition.
